Will we need to book our visit online ahead of time for the 2022-2023 season?
While you don’t need to book your visit ahead of time, we highly recommend you do for a few reasons. First of all you save money! In addition, by booking your visit ahead of time you are guaranteeing yourself a parking spot, lift lines will be kept at a reasonable length, and chalets will not be overcrowded. In short it helps us help you, and allows us to provide the best customer experience possible. You can arrive to Glen Eden without booking your visit ahead of time, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you and your party at that time. Plus you’ll pay more for your lift ticket, and who wants that!? Book ahead and save today!
Do members need to book their visit online ahead of time?
We recommend that all guests book their tickets online. By booking online you ensure you are securing your ticket and parking when you want to be here. This also helps us manage on hill capacities so that lift lines move as quickly as possible.
Seasons Passholders do have the option to swipe their Seasons Pass card at a ticket window to make a reservation & check in – but we recommend using this option during less busy times of the week/season.
Can I just show up if it says SOLD OUT online?
Ticket inventory for each day is based on parking, lift capacity, and lessons. The inventory available online each day is set to ensure that lifts, slopes and parking lots do not fill beyond capacity. If you are seeing a “Sold Out” status online it is because the parking lots are full, and/or the lift lines are at capacity for the amount of terrain open. We will not sell additional tickets at the gate on these days as we would be filling our parking lots and lift lines beyond capacity.
Is there food available onsite?
Yes, there are three locations where visitors can purchase food at Glen Eden. The Snowflake Cafe in the East Lodge, the Sunset Grill in the West Lodge, and the Trailhead Retail store also offers hot beverages and snacks. Click here for more information and hours.
Why are time slots only for four hours?
We asked our visitors what their ideal length of visit would be at Glen Eden. The response was that four hour time slots were the perfect length to enjoy all the runs multiple times. The four hour increments also ensure that there are spaces available for everyone to enjoy the hill with enough parking spots, reasonable lift lines, and reduce overcrowding in the chalets.
What happens if I lose my Season’s Pass?
There is $25 replacement fee for all lost Season’s Pass. You can replace your Season’s Pass at the Visitor’s Centre.
