Conservation Halton Cancellation policy
No refunds will be issued for all Conservation Halton Annual Memberships or Glen Eden Season Passes.
Three weeks notice is required to cancel from a program or reserved activity and be eligible for a refund with the exception of private ski/snowboard lessons which require only 24 hours notice.
A $10 administrative fee will be applied to all cancellations or booking changes for reserved activities (i.e. camping, picnic site) or registered special events.
A $25 administrative fee will be applied to all cancellations for day camp and ski/snowboard lesson programs.
Once a program has commenced a pro-rated credit will be considered only for medical reasons.
All registrations or reservations will be confirmed with an electronic receipt within 24 hours. Receipts must be presented by the registered individual at the scheduled event/activity.
Conservation Halton Annual Memberships will be mailed to the registered card holder by Canada Post with 1 week from date of purchase.
Glen Eden Season Passes must be picked up from the Glen Eden Ski and Snowboard Centre, Visitor Services Department.
Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Gift Cards are treated like cash. The card value cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash or replaced if the card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. Card can be used multiple times, unused balance will remain.
Each time you use your Gift card the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance and a receipt indicating the remaining balance on your gift card given to you.
Gift Card value is in Canadian dollars and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
Gift Cards have no redeemable value until purchased and activated.
This card may be used for purchases at any of the Conservation Halton’s six parks as well as at Glen Eden and must be present when redeemed.
All Conservation Halton gift cards are reloadable at any of the Conservation Halton’s six parks and at Glen Eden.
Gift cards can be purchased with cash, debit or valid Visa, Mastercard or American Express (no cheques accepted).
Account balance will not bear any interest to you.
Conservation Halton Gift Cards do not expire and there are no service fees for user of a card.
Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.

We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
