We are hiring energetic and passionate winter enthusiasts who are interested in working in a number of different departments and positions. Opportunities range from part time to full time through the winter season as well as leadership opportunities within each department. Opportunities at various levels exist in the following departments. Compensation is based on experience and type of role. 

Food Services

Hiring for all positions within our food service areas. Staff will assist with points of sale, food prep, and food delivery throughout the park.
*An up to date Criminal Record Check (CRC) is required for employment. Details will be disclosed during the interview process.
** You must be at least 15 years of age

Snow School

Hiring for instructors and supervisors on both skis and snowboards. Staff will assist with running programs and teaching their favourite winter sport to students of all ages.
*An up to date Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) is required for employment. Details will be disclosed during the interview process

- Snow School Supervisor (min. Level 2 CSIA/CASI and supervisory experience strongly recommended)

Lift Operations

Hiring lift attendants who enjoy working outdoors and interaction with our guests. Staff will assist with running lifts throughout the resort during all hours of operations.

Hiring rental technicians and leads who will help our new skiers and boarders make the most of their day on slopes. Staff will assist with the set up and circulation of ski and snowboard rental equipment from our rental shop.

Visitor Services

Hiring front line staff who enjoy working with people. Staff will assist with ticket, pass, and program sales in a variety of locations throughout the park.

Hiring dedicated problem solvers who enjoy working outdoors and helping guests make the most of their visit. Staff will assist with guest parking and traffic flow, as well as operating our transit wagon service.

Chalet Maintenance

Hiring detail-oriented individuals keen on making a difference. Staff will assist with operating our various lodges and public areas, including set up and clean up of these areas throughout the season.

Snow Making

Hiring a hardworking team of individuals keen on making things white this winter! Staff will assist with our ongoing efforts to deliver the best skiing and snowboarding conditions possible for the coming winter.

Hiring a dedicated team of individuals who have an eye for details. The grooming staff work overnight operating grooming equipment to ensure Glen Eden has the premier skiing and snowboarding conditions in Ontario.

Terrain Park

Hiring passionate individuals who have an eye for detail. Terrain Park Leads, the Terrain Park Attendants are required to maintain Glen Eden’s Terrain Park features and to educate guests on proper Terrain Park safety.

Reporting into the Head Patroller, Patrollers are responsible for ensuring the ongoing safety of our guests by checking trails and surrounding areas for hazards or poor surface conditions and promoting the Alpine Responsibility Code. An essential component of this position is to foster enthusiasm and a sense of pride within the Patrol at all levels. It is a requirement of the role to have Red Cross First Responder Certification or higher.
